2026 Shipping, Refund and Exchange Policies for #SaveLACougars

Purchases are packaged securely and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail once or twice a week. The warehouse is staffed by one volunteer and shipping time can be delayed during holidays and events. We appreciate your patience.

As of April 26, 2026, USPS increased the cost of shipping via Priority Mail by 8% and our shipping rates have been adjusted accordingly.

U.S. Shipping Rates:

Purchase total under $50: $13.65 Flat Rate
Purchase total $50 - $149.99: $24.80 Flat Rate
Purchase total $150 - $500: $34.00 Flat Rate

Exceptions: International shipping fees are calculated for each order based on size and weight. Please contact us at the email address below.

Shipping tracking number is provided via email message once the package has been transferred to USPS. The USPS^® Service Standards Map allows you to view expected delivery times for domestic shipping services.
